Head Over Heels by Jill Shalvis

This is the third installement of Lucky Habour series which I'm totally addicted too now and it's the turn of Chole.
The three sisters Tara, Maddie and Chole arrived a year ago not knowing much about each other as they shared the same mother but had different fathers , they had been left the Habour Inn by they late mother in her wish to bring them together as a family. Chole was the only one who stayed with they mother and had inherit her mother's free spirit and went every she wanted too and never set,e in one place for long and is the 'wild child' of the three sisters . Chole is a little laid back then Tara and Maddie , like to take life by the horns and live and always seems to be doing crazy things around town with the town Sheriff ( sexy Sawyer) on her heels ........
Chole is drawn to hanging out with the bad boys , but she finds that she has this uncontrollable chemistry towards Sawyer which she can't explain, so she throws herself into work making a new skin ranger for the Inn and a business idea so her hands her full during the day but when the working day ends she now goes home to empty cottage as Tara has moved in with  Ford and is getting married in two months and Maddie has moved in with Jax and they wedding is next month so she has time on her hands and she can't seem to sit still. Which hands her in trouble mostly with Sawyer and with the morning visits at the Inn for coffee before or after a shift. She is finding it hard to resist him also Sawyer is finding it hard to keep away from Chole  as she seemed to work her way under his skin.
After time the wild child wants the hot sheriff and this drives her mad as he is a big badass good guy and she is not so good !!!!!!!!
But chemistry never lies and they can't keep they hands off each other which scares the hell out Chole as she was never brought up on love and does not know how too feel to say the three little words not even to her sisters.
Will. Hole find her settling feet and truly let love into her heart or will her wild child goddess get her into a lot of hot water.... Well you will have to just read the book to find out .

WARNING: These books are very addictive and can be read in one sitting!!!!!!! So I'm looking forward to the next story from Lucky Habour.

Simply Irresistible by Jill Shalvis

This is the first book in a great series from Lucky Habour. In this story we meet Maddie who has walked out on her boyfriend and not looking back but also has been sacked from her job so life sucks right now. So she packs herself up and hands to Lucky Habour to claim her inheritance that was left to her and two ther sisters by her later mother, who thought that in death she could bring all three sisters together and run the Inn as a family.
Maddie is so emotional locked up even before she gets to the Inn she managers to knock into a very hot motorbike man and doesn't seems bothered that she hit him more that his likes flirting with her  when thou she has sworn off men !!!!!!!
Arriving at the Inn at the same time as her sisters  who are all linked by Pheobe but all have different dad's. It's surprising that she could not keep the girls together yet in her death  she is joining then together with the Habour Inn that needs a lot of work to get up and running to make money. It's a frosty start when the girls first meet, Tara the oldest the hot shot with a great marriage in tow (well that's what it looks on the outside ) then there's Maddie in the middle running away to start a new life and then there's Chole the wild child and the baby of the pack. There is a lot of TLC needed for the inn and the sisters Maddies see this as a fresh start that she needs but Tara and Chole want to sell up and take they share and go as soon as possible.
Maddie finds that she needs to escape from the sisters from hell and finds herself outside the Love Sack right into sexy hot motorbike mans ( Jax) bike again what is it with her and to guy !!!!!!, but  expects a drink with the Jax even thou her head is telling her to walk away but she really needed a drink Madiies sits at the bar spilling the beans on her sister to Jax and Ford who won the place and are best friend s and wing mens , but a well earn drink Maddies heads but to the war zone but she finds her self lost and in the arms of Jax on the Pier kissing how did that happen when she was off men !!!!!!
It seems that over time they seem not to be able to keep there hands off each other , Jax has always been upfront with Maddie but it's Maddie that is holding back but with good reason has her past hold an ex who was the perfect man that everyone saw but behind closed doors he was not so perfect !!!!!!
So will the past control the future or will a select tha Jax is holding for someone bring true love crashing down and will the sisters unite or go they separate ways  while you will just have to read the book to find out .

The Prince Who Loved Me by Karen Hawkins

Another new day and author with a fabulous book, if you like Jane Austin mixed up with abit kf Cinderella then this is the book for you.

We meet Browyn who is 24 years old who loves to read especially romance books  comes from a noble family but is classed as on the shelf ......

We also meet Prince Alexsey who is in Scotland escorting his grandmother on her visit  and is one of four brother that she is trying to marry off, but the prince is a carefree flirtatious man and will not be tried down by marriage his grandmother has other ideas of finding him a wife ......

One day while Browyn has her head stuck in her latest love story she is distracted by a man that looks like a huntsman who is very flirtatious but seems his works touch her and they land up kissing  which left them both wanting more but Browyn was up and walking away befor anything else could happen he didn't even get her name so he decide that Rksa suited her and she left behind one shoe !!!!!

They both carried on his they lives but they both maxed an impact on each other, the Prince had to find her and for days he looked and looked but could not find her without a name  hoping he might find her at the ball that is aimed at home finding a wife and they was beauty in this room but nothing caught his eye or brain he wanted the maid he shared a stolen kiss with his Roza but then he found her , thou she was .not a maid but came from a noble family with two other sisters. Once he found her he had to be hear her touch her speak to her!!!!!! He was introduced to her family her stepmother was so pleased but she still did not look at him she was scanning the room for someone then she came across him face to face her huntsman was a Prince ...

He wanted her they and then but the only way to get closes was to dance but he was told she was not they to dance but her sisters was Alexsey didn't like this situation and to agreed to dance with her younger sister after he dance with her but he only wanted her but Browyn knew there was something going on but she wanted the Prince for Sorcha he got his dance but she taken away has he promised another dance and before he knew she was gone !!!!

Alexsey woke the next morning on a mission to find her have her over and over again he came across her by chance but managed to get her to sit and talk to him , but then there was that spark again and they knew the chemistry happen but Browyn pulled back and told him that this could not happen Alexsey waneed her needed her so the chase began and they could not keep away for each other but his grandmother had other ideas . So Alexsey ck es up with a plan to see in public that his grandmother would not like and have they wicked way for nights of passion but what he does not know that Browyn over hears his plans and decides to play him at his own game and make him fall in love with her with the help from all her books ....

Who wins or dies true love wins the day well you will have to read the book but becreful this book can be read in one sitting.

From Liverpool With Love by Lyn Andrews

Another new author for me  with a great story to tell. If you are a Catherine Cookson Fan you read this fabulous story soon.

The story is set in 1920's in Liverpool where is a rich and poor divide , We meet Jane Shaw and her mam Ellen and her litte, brother Alfie, they having been fighting to survive since Jane's father had died  Ellen had used all they resource but they had come to end of the road and that left the no choice but to go Brownlow Hill Workhouse. On a arrival they are are spilt into sexs with ment that Alfie could nooner stay with his family and he found it hard but Jane and Ellen kept themselves to themselves and worked hard.

All the hardwork and keeping her head down got Jane noticed and was given a job outside the workhouse in the daytime but had to return at night she was to work in Empire Laundry, but what is given in one had is taken away in the other. Ellen becomes very ill and dies, Jane feels her loses but it is her making and day by day becomes stronger throwing herself into work and before long she is not iced for her hard work and is promoted to dispact but could not do this with out the love of her aunt Ada mam closet friend .

As time goes by Jane is aloud to spend  more time  with aunt Ade and her family away from the workhouse , Emily Ada daugther is Jane's best friend and there was Joe  who worked on the cruise ships away for three months at a time and Ade now had space that it was only right that she take Jane in but didn't have enought room for Alie but he was so distance and bitter from being seperated  at the start this was Janes fresh start that she so needed.

She spent her first free Chirstmas with Ade and the family she even went on her first date with Joe on New Years with Emily and her boyfriend in toe when the bells strikes she shared her first kiss with Joe who is she Wa s very fond of but didn't know if it was love she felt before she could take this on board Joe was back at sea but they kept in contact by letter. 

Jane takes another bow Joe has written to his mam and told her that he is not returning home as he has found a job with a wealthy American and he would be travelling the states and the world which he always wanted to do. June's heart is breaking again she was very fond of Joe she throws her self into work even more so she doesn't have to feel the pain, till one day she is knocked down by her Boss James Davenportand but Jane seems unhurt but James insists that he take her home and that she take tomorrow off to Reston her return she is pulled into the office , James has a soft spot for Jane and inquires now she is and then asks her to tea on Saturday and from then on they meet every Saturday Jane become find of James and on a her birthday ayear after they had started they meetings he asked her to marrying him this was a hard choice to make has Joe had not been incontact and he seem to not care for her and she was fond of James and she felt that over time she could love James so they where wed.

Jane adjusts to her new life and feels that she is moving on , but then her world is rocked , Alfie turns up  which speeds trouble, Joe returns to find Jane Married when a tragedy strikes who will hold Jane's heart forever will you will have to read to book to find out , you won't be disappointed.

The Sweetest Thing by Jill Shalvis

This is the first book I have read by this author and I could have read it in one sitting!!!!!!

In this book we meet Tara who has spent the last seventeen years running away from Lucky Habour, but after the death of her Gradmothershe finds herself back in Lucky Habour and finds herself running for her ex husband too, but this town us where Ford the man who she truly only loved  who broke her heart and let her run away in the first place yet she can not stay way from him.

Tara man concern is to get the Inn up and running bind with her sisters and get them up to speed to run the business so she could move on.

Ther was one thing that Tara could not control and take was fate or Ford who kept on coming at her on a daily basis as much as she pushed himaway he kept coming but could she go down that path with him again could she risk her heart but she had a job to do and once that was dine she was gone she was out of Lucky Habour and running from her heart and happy ever after... But Ford has other plans and knows how to push every button on her body  still after all this time .

When Logan shows up Tara ex husband wanting her back but both man want her and it turns into a completion that the whole town takes on in Fords favor and things weren't complicated enough Mai  turns up looking for Tara and Ford her Beth parents that gave her up.......

Well that's enough spoilers on this book you will have to read the book , warning it's is addictive and can be read in one sitting .....

Summer at Little Beach street Bakery by Jenny Colgan

we are back again at Mount Polbearne and it's been a year seen we meet Polly who is now living in bliss with Huckle (blonde bombshell bee keeper) Neil they puffin in the lighthouse .........

The bakery is doing well and Polly can now say she is living her dream life, but a big blow hits her life her life come tumbling down around  her , Her boss dies in her sleep and leaves the business to her sister and she thinks Polly is up to something as people are never this nice so she send Malcoem to look after things and everything Polly has built up is destroyed Malcome feels it's cheaper to bring
makes bread from the mainland instead of fresh fancy ones and before she knows it he fires her....

Also to had complications to her life she befriends Tarin ( who she had a brief fling with before Huckle ) window wife  and she has moved into her old flat above the bakery. While this is all happening Huckle brother pays them a vists which she has been looking forward to meeting apart of Huckles  family but he is impossible he beds the giving widow and fights with Huckle over his commitment to the farm and then does a runner .

Polly comes up with a plan to keep fresh bread alive but it comes at a price Huckle has to work to keep her dream alive and the lighthouse and takes a job at the farm and to get it back on it feet but he will be thousand miles away from her and it was all time for she to send Neil back to be with his own kind find friends even a family in shirt space of time she was jobless man less and on her own and this took its toll on her being in that place again in her head that she was a year ago..

The first few weeks Polly toll goes from bad to worst until she has a vists for Selina how looked like she was in a even lower place than her and there was only one way to come up and take in Polly's world is to make bread and before she knew it the momiji was back and full steam ahead being bring the bread van alive....

At first the weather was not kind nor was Malcome as he did not take it likely she had setup a bread can and he had lost all his customers and he felt she had turned the town against him, but her odds change to her favour article was written in a paper on her Andean and people travelled to get her bread the summer season was upon her too was back on top.

But tradgey strikes the town will they survivel  a big storm and will Polly get her happy ever after.....

Little Beach Street Bakery by Jenny Colgan

In this wonderful story we meet Polly who is at lowest point in her life, the business she help build and work and put her heart and sole into is now in bankruptcy . Her love life is now nonexistance working together had only pushed her and  and they partner in love and business apart. The bank now own her life once the office was cleared and counted for then they flat  she felt that she could now longer called home it was sink or swim time for Polly.

She serched and serched for a new place to call home the bank left her with very little budget to live on, plus as much as she loved her best friend Keresha she needed to move on .. one day she widening the search she came across an advert she couldn't remember much about the place part from her school trip many years ago but she remember she liked it there.......

Leaving the city behind Polly wondered if she would ever get her life back, but when it came to viewing the property it had some character and a lot of problems but she did not have the luxury of being fussy with her budget !!!!

So when came to moving all her friends were busy or working, but in away that suited Polly as she 

didn't need anymore lectures on how the flat was a death trap waiting to happens d how she was 

cutting herself off from the real world. When she moved she managed to convince the bank to let her have one sofa which happened to be the best one and the one is loved but hiw she was going to get up to the flat was another thing so she she arrived she sett,ed for just the essential things for now as she had the can for a couple of days but her beloved books had to be with her as she moved them with too much in her arms the wind caught them and blow down the beach into heading to the sea she found that she and a rescue team collecting them up by Tarin and his crew of fishmen and they hit off  as they all seemed friendly and helped with that sofa also ...

With a busy first day Polly hit the sack but at 5am was woken by crys she investigates the propery and comes across a baby puffin hurt crying in pain in the old bakery below the flat so she takes him back wraps up the wing makes him and bed and try's to feed him tuna before falling asleep again. In the morning she takes him to the local vet Patrick who praises for the wrapping skills and that the puffin needed to rest his wing not to get attached and on no certain terms to name him as he was not a 

pet .....

That afternoon Polly did something she had not done in a very long time make bread she used to make it every weekend but then stopped while making the bread she felt the pressure leave her body which she had not felt in a long time . Polly decided to share the fresh baked bread with her new friends and say thank you for helping with the sofa and books yesterday they all looked tried and looked like they needed a snack but within the few minuets of handing heaven to the men as they had not had fresh bread in some time she had a name Neil for the puffin she was told not to name !!!!! Polly felt like she was relaxing even flirting alittle with Tarin when her landlady finds out that she is making make bread and informs her that she is only one has bread to sell and she will be out on her ear if she finds out she is making bread again..

The Fishmen beg her to make them bread and before she knew it she had a sercert orders coming in form the village she even started making different favours trying them out getting her juices flowing and this was her passion had be for years she loved to make bread, on her new creations she heard 

there was a bee keeper on the island recently newcomer ( not born on the island) she decides to pay him a visit when she arrives she expects this crazy old man instead she gets young American man they soon bond over honey , bread and Neil. Before she knew it she was in a high demand but one night she can't sleep and sits by the window she sees someone and feels she needs to go and check they are ok and when she gets they she lands up scaring her landlady into the sea she manages to pull her back to shore but finds that she has to go to hospital and stay over  the next day she is faced with a nightmare of guilt and the need to help and Mrs Manise needs to rest so they are bound to working together but ends in in rows and rows till they come to a deal Polly can open the old bakery make bread for the other cake shop daily and she is left to her own free will to make any other bread could her dream true and make a living from the bread  , in the summer season the trade become busy her life was moving on  but she had to let Neil go as it was time this broke her heart as he was the one tue friend she first meet  will the island bring her a new man in a form of a dark breed fisherman or  a blonde bombshell bee keeper ??????

Well you will just have to read the book to find out you will not be disappointed. I'm off to read the next instalment of this wonderful story.

First Time In Forever by Sarah Morgan

I recieved a lovely copy of this lovely book to cheer me up and  this book does just that !!!!

In this new series we are on Puffin Island and I feel that they will be many more coming after this great story.

We meet Emily when  her life is turned upstairs down her sister is killed in a Plane crash and left Emily in sole custody of her daugther even thou they where never close and their lives where in different worlds .Emily likes control so she became a management consultant and her sister lived the

attention so she became actress  and when she died the a paper wanted a story picture is the daughter
left behind and would do anything to get they wanted , so help from her friends helped run away to Puffin island for safety .....

When she arrives at the safe house she starts to remember all the happy times with her friends Brittany and Skyler who meant more to her than her own family hat let her down, but the island also brings a darkness out the Emily has hidden for many years .

They may not be family but they have a bond, So Bittney lends her cottage  and also enlists Ryan Copper to watch over her , she doesn't tell him why she needs watching over as it was not her story to tell. But from the minuet Ryan meet Emily he wants to protect her , he knows she is hidding something with his smooth ways she opens up and tells him who she really is ....


Emily darkest fear is holding her back from bonding with Lizzy and not letting her play and enjoy
being a child that she never had......

But one morning Emily is woken to find Lizzy gone and fears the papers have found her  and panic sits in and she has been taken but it was even a worst nightmare in Emily world she is on the beach near the water !!!!!! She darts across the sand forced on Lizzy when she gets to her the shock sets in and she has a panic attack, but she also aware that someone is around her helping with the attack. once recovered Ryan makes her tell him she feels at ease with him and tells him her darkest secret  from for childhood that dominates for way of life . Emily was bought up by a dead beat mum who didn't really won't kids she was the oldest and when her sister came along she became a mother over night even thou she was only a young child herself one day they mother decided to take a day trip to the beach but soon gets bored and restless and leaves them on the beach they build sand castles but
her sisters gets bored so Emily takes them to the sea to paddle but that's the current brags them and
Emily loses her hold on her sister and she drowns from that moment her heart breaks and she lets no one hear it again even when her mum has another baby girl Emily refuses to look after the baby but
her mum so realises that the baby is get lots of attention nf so does she so Emily never bonding with her sister and is still in shock that she left her Lizzy. Once Ryan heard this his feelings for her changed and protect her vpeven more, they bonded more as Ruan told her that his parents were killed when he was young and he had to grow up fast to help his grandma bring up the other children .

The more time Emily spends with Ryan and the people of Puffin island the more she starts to sort her life outand maybe her and Lizzy with have a happy ending if only she could get past her past  and let people in  but her dream is soon crashed when she finds out that Ryan is an ex  Journalist just when she was trusting people when she might have found true love...

Well that enough spoilers as I can tell you will have to just read the book for find out the rest of this wonderful story and read it for yourself..
